Since yesterday, March 6, 2008, are occurring logging of trees in Monteferro.
Many of these are being spoken to kill rasa, violating the terms of the Standards Subsidiaries his Council of Nigrán that Order 17 explicitly prohibits its Monteferro for "The felling of trees that did not occur by entresaca." (Official Gazette gives the province of Pontevedra Number: 271, 23 de Novembro of 1991, page 40).

That this association is cause for great alarm at the rise in these weeks of a large number of trees marked with different colors and numbers in different areas of Monteferro. The vast majority of pine trees are marked adults, but there are also including some eucalyptus.
That, in the southern part of Mount, in the laundry area, are marked only a relatively small number of pines, which corresponds to those too dry or together, brands that give an idea of action that we can rareo or entresaca consider reasonable.
That with identical marks and appear numbered hundreds of trees in the former military zone:
A) Entering the track that gives access to these facilities, and before reaching them, we found a group of green pines marked and numbered. The highest number that we found here is 48.
B) A little later, just before the entrance to the barracks, appears another large group of adults marked red pines, we came here to see how the increased number 110.
